Once you upload your customer’s first name, mobile number and/or email address to MeetPAT, the information is encrypted, and sent through to South African 3rd party POPI compliant data providers who enrich the data and send it back to us to populate your dashboard with, so that you can gain insights into who your customers really are.
To gain additional insights, you can upload your own data about your customers as well to enable a more detailed analysis of your customer base using this and the enriched data supplied by those providers. Such as:
